A commodity trader approached us to create an Excel VBA database application to store and manage trading records. The objective of this app is to increase productivity of coal traders to create SELL trades, manage multiple BUY trades, and execute more accurately the delivery of coal trades.
During our initial meetings, we understood his requirements and designed these interface screens. The challenge was to understand the business logic of coal trades and translate that into worksheet designs.
